Sound-proof level was very poor. When the room above us got accommodated it became very noisy especially when they used the bathroom; it felt like someone was using our bathroom! It was not because of noisy neighbours but due to poor sound proofing.

It was an okay stay overall. I didnt know these questions will be asked so didnt take any photos of lobby or room etc…

Cleanliness & good facilities

It was very noisy and we can hear other guests from inside our room. People were noisy between 10pm & 6am even though the sign says to keep quiet during those times.

Very good. Still have rooms to improve.

1. The location is great. Nearby MRT station, close to most major happening places like Bugis Junction, downtown, etc. 2. Major amenities are in place, car park lots, restaurants, convenient stores.

1. Lobby too noisy and at times too crowded. Suggest to install carpet or something to cut down noise. 2. Some guests were talking too noisy in their rooms and corridors.

Centralized area for food and there’s pool facilities but otherwise short stay is fine

strategic centralised area with lots of food choices around and pool facility is good.

staff at the breakfast lounge was with very poor attitude, many towels provided at the pool area were having red stains and breakfast spread was not fab too.

Comfortable, clean room with good air conditioning. Pool area was lovely with good views of the city and lots of areas for sitting. Good location, short walk to Lavender MRT

Overall was ok. i dnt mind staying there again.

We liked the the Pool and gym at level 4. The Boss Bistro and bar was convenient to have drinks at night. Other food shops. Parking was very convenient and spacious. Smoking corner at Level 4 with view. Hotel trainees were very friendly. Located near to shopping malls and night life areas.

Room cleanliness. Found cockroaches in the room and side of the bed. Curtains were dusty. Family members fell sick after the 1st night of staying there. Food panda/grab delivery table - the riders are confused where to drop of the food most of the time. Rooms very small. Too crowded , and some of the guest were very loud. No bidet spray with hose. Not everyone prefers to use toilet paper. I saw some random ladies that came up to Level 4 and went around talking and flirting with men. I thought hotel boss was a clean hotel. Not sure if there were staying there or outsiders. One lady approached and started to touch my arm. told her to go away. Lolx. No rain shelter to the bars and restaurant at L1. Sofas at lobby were very dirty. Room Wifi was working intermittently. The youtube app(room TV) keeps crashing after an hour. videos keep buffering. had to pull out the room card to turn off the tv and turn it back on everytime it crashes. Hotel wifi at level 4 is very weak or not connection at times.
